ASIC has released RG 280, which will assist trustees in preparing for the first round of sustainability disclosures in June 2027. ACMA is consulting on a new sender ID Register – which will encumber scammers who fraudulently impersonate service providers. Amendments to the Victorian Crimes Act will clarify the law’s application to trustee commissions and other similar payments.
